In other European countries, we have made many applications to competitive universities in The Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy. We have received many acceptances from exceptional programmes at universities such as:
- The University of Groningen
- TU Eindenhoven
- Hanze Institute of Engineering (Groningen)
- Bocconi, Italy
- IE Spain
- Science-Po/Columbia
- Ecole Polytechnique, France
Most applicants to the United States have received their unconditional acceptances while a few responses are still outstanding. In the United States, admissions rates are lower than ever and, this year, more students were deferred or wait-listed globally. There was a 7% increase reported in university applications making the competition even more fierce. Universities have provided valuable information in helping us understand what we have achieved as a school; what we discovered is that the result for us is truly remarkable! We are very happy to announce unconditional acceptances to:
- Harvard College
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- Brown University
- Cornell University
- Columbia University
- California Institute of Technology
- Vanderbilt University
- Carnegie Mellon
- Georgia Institute of Technology
- The University of Southern California
- Boston University
- The University of Virginia
- Emory University
- Claremont McKenna
- Duke University
- UC Berkeley
- The University of California San Diego
to name only a few.
These successes are a testament to the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of the students, their teachers and the families that guide and support them.
This is truly an amazing cohort in every way. We are very proud of what has been accomplished thus far. As Year 13 lessons come to an end, we wish our students the best of luck in their IB examinations and look forward to finding out what wonderful paths, university or not, the class of 2024 will choose to embark upon in September.
