The Pied Piper

Many moons ago, as a former Campion pupil at the tender age of nine, I once played the role of an angry mother in the rat-infested town of Hamelin in a production of The Pied Piper. The happy memories I have of singing and acting in this play inspired me to relive the experience by directing it for the pupils in Year 6. Although the songs and script are certainly not the same as they were so long ago, the sheer delight on the children's faces as well as their enthusiasm, energy and raw talent reminded me of my own joyful childhood days on the Campion stage. I am immensely proud of every single member of the cast and hope that they too, will cherish the experience of performing and look back on it with joy in the years to come.
